There is a void in Telgora. With Eilatek imprisoned and the remnants of the Telgoran Liberation Front scattered, its people need a voice. But the two obvious choices remain deadlocked in a rivalry that threatens to rend the country from the north down. Henz I von Isenhartz, the newly emboldened Lord of the North, begins his plan to bring the Nordkeiten out from the shadow of their Telgoran overlords, balancing his promise to represent all Telgoran citizens.  But Zhaekota will maintain order at any cost, his fresh emergency powers barely contained. Without someone to temper their ambitions, crisis may yet return to Telgora.

In the face of such odds, what can a few pilots trying to rebuild their lives, partners watching helplessly from the sidelines, or gangsters fighting to restore their city accomplish? Maybe nothing more than recapturing the shattered dreams of scrambling revolutionaries and downtrodden peoples. As their games begin, a crowd of voices and visions prepares for the next chapter in Telgora’s future. They ready to stand beside or against the people of The State in the North, who swear once more to stand as TALL AS THE MOUNTAINS.
